Employers with 1 to 100 full-time and full-time-equivalent employees can find a mix of high-quality care, advanced services, and cost effectiveness with our plans. Groups currently offering grandfathered plans may continue to offer these plans along with metal plans.

Grandfathered (nonmetal) plans:

These nonmetal plans were grandfathered under the Affordable Care Act on March 23, 2010. Groups currently offering grandfathered plans may continue to offer these plans along with metal plans, provided at least one employee must remain enrolled in the grandfathered plan for the plan to keep its grandfathered status.

  • HSA-qualified deductible HMO

  • Deductible HMO with HRA

  • Point-of-service (POS)

  • PPO
